Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Crush account and all of your associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app (instant)
- Open the Crush app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the email address linked to your Crush account and we'll delete your account for you:

We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login details (email, display name).
- All items you have saved or liked.
- Your in-app preferences.
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained to keep the Service working. We may also retain limited records where we are legally required to do so. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
