Terms of Service

Welcome to Crush, operated by Prajapati Enterprises Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Crush app or website (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

1. What Crush is

Crush is a gift-discovery service that surfaces products from third-party retailers and links you to those retailers to make a purchase. Crush does not sell products itself, does not process payments, and is not responsible for the products, prices, availability, delivery or customer service of any retailer.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the Service. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account).

3. Affiliate relationship

Crush is free to use. We may earn an affiliate commission when you buy through a link on Crush, at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are set by the retailer and shown as last seen; the price at checkout on the retailer's site is the one that applies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party retailers

When you leave Crush to visit a retailer, that retailer's own terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase. Any dispute about a product or order is between you and the retailer.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crush is not liable for any loss arising from your use of third-party retailers, from product information being out of date, or from the Service being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
